Terms and Conditions of Service

The terms and conditions of our service are as follows:

- All *pre designed product orders are final upon completion of ordering. No changes can be made once order has been placed, unless previously approved by *The Seller.

- All *custom order product designs are final upon payment of deposit, unless previously approved by *The Seller. No changes can be made once the deposit has been received.

- 50% Deposit of order total is required for ALL *Custom Order Products prior to initial printing.

- *The Seller owns the designs and images used on all *pre designed products sold. These designs and images are not to be copied, reused or sold without prior approval from *The Seller.

- Any design printed by *The Seller is owned by *The Seller until completion of order. Your design may be edited, changed or altered to suit the needs of *The Seller for printing purposes.

- *The Seller may ask for the rights to use your images, designs and the like for campaigning purposes on Facebook, Instagram, Online use. You reserve the right to decline this permission at any time, by which The Seller will remove any images previously uploaded.

*Pre Designed Product: A product that has a design already applied.

* Custom Order Product: A product that will have a design applied that is not a Pre Designed Product.

* The Seller: refers to @printed and any or all affiliated links to atprinted, GetPrinted @printed, pr1nted.
